From Kevin our club VP. “I decided this trip that I wanted to keep one fish for the table. A beautiful 3-4 lb brown made the ultimate sacrifice. I think we did it proud. I’d say he was cleaned to the bone, but I boned the trout before I stuffed it with quinoa, wild rice, capers, shallots, and Spanish olives. Fresh green beans from the garden, and a lovely wedge salad finished the plate.
Heresy perhaps, but I’ll live with the sin & remember that fish for the rest of my days.“
